Taste of Green Tea: Drinks, Dishes & Desserts.

Omelettes are my favorite and I can’t think of a day without eating them. They are so easy to make and can be topped with almost anything. This is my take on a healthy vegetable-filled omelette with a twist. Crack open the eggs and beat them until they form an even consistency without any air bubbles. Add all the veggies and the green tea leaves to the beaten eggs. Add salt to taste and pour the mixture into a non-stick pan. Leave it on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes and flip it over. You should see a light brown shade on the other side. Repeat the same procedure for the other side as well. Serve hot with toasted bread and ketchup for a healthy breakfast.
