Iced Green Tea with Mint, Ginger and Honey - Recipe
3 Teaspoons - Wooree Tea - Imperial Blend
Fill a tea maker with boiling water, wait 3 minutes.
Add 3 teaspoons of tea leaves, fill the remainder of theTea Maker's stainless cylinder
with mint leaves and slices of ginger.
Steep for 3 minutes - longer if you wish a stronger taste.
Add and mix a teaspoon of honey and 1/2 the juice of a lemon. (For a sweeter taste add more honey).
Once the liquid has cooled to room temperature move to the fridge.
When ready to serve add a few mint leaves, a slice of lemon and some ice cubes to each glass.
