Chocolate Chip Cookies with Green Tea



Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut oil melted

1 egg

1/2 cup of brown raw sugar

2 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 1/2 cup of rice flour (brown or white)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp powdered green tea (Matcha)

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius, cut to size a sheet of baking paper.

In a mixing bowl, add the coconut oil, egg and sugar and whisk thoroughly until the ingredients are well mixed. You can use a mixer. Then combine the remaining ingredients, leaving the chocolate chips till last.

Place the baking paper on a wire rack and put the cookie batter onto the paper with a spoon, each about 5 cm apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool the cookies on the wire rack.
